The history of ABS began in January 2000 following the initiative of two Tunisian chartered accountants: Moncef SELLAMI & Mamdouh ABDENNADHER

ABS was founded with the objective of implementing independent auditing.

We also offer tax and social assistance services, business creation and financing, risk management, accounting assistance and related services.

We mobilize a qualified and experienced team. Our partners who have solid experience, a high-level academic background and continuous training, and our experienced and highly qualified professionals are all committed to transferring knowledge to our clients.

In 2019, Afef Bouguerra joined ABS as a partner in charge of corporate finance and transaction services.

ABS and its partners are registered with the Tunisian Order of Chartered Accountants www.oect.org.tn

ABS is a member of Allinial Global, a worldwide organization of independent audit, accounting and advisory firms that has received a double nomination.

Allinial Global is ranked as the 2nd worldwide association and also elected "Association of the Year" in 2018 and 2019 according to the International Accounting Bulletin ranking.
